By accessing and using GoZtartUp's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

Credit and debit cards (processed securely via Stripe)
Klarna (buy now, pay later options)
Direct bank transfer (for larger projects)
Payment plans and installments (where agreed)

Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking
Service packages require payment as per the agreed schedule

Late payment may result in suspension of services

Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Client Work Product

Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to work products specifically created for your business, including:

Custom logos and brand designs
Website content and design (excluding third-party components)
Marketing materials created specifically for your business
Business plans and strategy documents

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our methodologies and frameworks for your business purposes only.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

We understand that you may share confidential information about your business idea, plans, and operations. We commit to:

Keep all client information strictly confidential
Not disclose your business ideas or plans to third parties without your consent
Use your information only for the purpose of delivering our services
Implement appropriate security measures to protect your data

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our service agreement.

8. REFUND POLICY

Consultation Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your initial consultation, we offer a full refund if requested within 24 hours of the consultation.

Service Package Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of service commencement
Partial refunds may be available for work not yet completed
No refunds are available once your business has been registered with Companies House
Custom work completed cannot be refunded

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at info@goztartup.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GoZtartUp, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you have paid to GoZtartUp in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Important: We provide business advisory services and cannot guarantee the success of your business venture. Business success depends on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, execution, and external economic factors.

10. TERMINATION

Termination by You

You may terminate your service agreement at any time by providing written notice. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for:

Breach of these Terms
Non-payment of fees
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Abusive behavior towards our team

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will provide you with any completed work products and return any materials you provided to us.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
