No Guarantee Policy
What we guarantee, what we cannot, and why the regulator’s decision is theirs alone.
We want you to know exactly what you are buying. We sell disciplined execution and a professionally prepared application, not a promise of regulatory approval or business success. This policy explains what we do guarantee, what we do not, and why. GoZtartUp is a trading name of Aice Limited (Company No. 14726496).
1. What we guarantee
We make the following commitments. These are the guarantees we provide.

| Reasonable care and skill | The service is performed with the care and skill a reasonably competent business launch consultancy would exercise. |
| Delivery of the defined scope | The deliverables set out in our Service Scope & Limitation Policy are produced within the 16-week timeline, subject to your cooperation. |
| A structured methodology | We follow our phased delivery model with internal quality checks at each stage. |
| The Regulator-Ready Guarantee | If your application is rejected before interview or inspection, we rework and resubmit at no cost. If rejected again at the same stage, we refund 50% of the service fee you have paid. Subject to conditions. |
| You keep all assets | Whatever the regulatory outcome, you keep full ownership of all the documents, policies, branding, and web assets we produce. |
| Honest communication | We communicate honestly about progress, risks, and expectations throughout. |
We sell a safe transition from employee to compliant, regulator-ready business owner, without shortcuts and without you having to quit your job. That is the promise. The regulatory outcome is in the hands of the regulator.
2. What we do not guarantee
Regulatory approval, and a number of related outcomes, depend on decisions and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any of the following.

| The interview or inspection outcome | These assess you personally. We cannot control your performance on the day. |
| A specific regulatory rating | Ratings are determined by the regulator based on ongoing compliance, not the initial application. |
| The timeline to approval | Regulator processing times vary and are outside our control. Our 16-week timeline covers our work to submission, not the regulator’s decision. |
| Revenue, profit, or financial return | Business success depends on the market, your execution, competition, and many factors outside our control. |
| Contracts with local authorities or the NHS | Winning funded work requires separate procurement processes and is not part of our service. |
| Staff recruitment outcomes | We provide recruitment frameworks, not recruitment services. Hiring is your responsibility. |
| Visa or immigration outcomes | We do not provide immigration advice and cannot influence immigration decisions. |
| A Certificate of Sponsorship | We do not sell, facilitate, or provide Certificates of Sponsorship. No exceptions. |
| Premises suitability or availability | Premises are your responsibility. We do not source or assess them. |
| Ongoing regulatory compliance | Staying compliant after registration is your ongoing responsibility. Our post-registration support is time-boxed. |
| Business longevity or viability | Long-term success depends on your management, your market, and your operational decisions. |
3. The Regulator-Ready Guarantee is not a guarantee of approval
Our Regulator-Ready Guarantee is a bounded commitment about the quality of the application we prepare, and a meaningful sharing of risk. It is not, and never claims to be, a guarantee that you will be approved. Full details, including the conditions and how a refund is calculated, are in our Application Rework & Refund Policy.
4. Why we are careful about this
Being honest about what we cannot guarantee protects you from unrealistic expectations and protects the integrity of our service. Any statement by anyone, including a partner, that we guarantee approval, would be wrong and is something we treat seriously. If you have been told by anyone that approval is guaranteed, please tell us, because it is not true.
