Terms of Service

By accessing and using the GoZtartUp website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These Terms govern your use of our website at www.goztartup.com and the services provided by GoZtartUp, a trading name of Aice Limited.

2. The services we provide

GoZtartUp is a done-for-you consultancy that helps healthcare and childcare professionals in the UK build and launch a regulated business. Our services include:

• Eligibility and pathway assessment to confirm the correct regulated model
• Business structuring and company formation aligned with regulatory expectations
• Preparation of the compliance documentation, policies, and procedures required for registration
• Preparation and submission of your CQC or Ofsted registration application
• Compliance-appropriate branding and website setup
• Introductions to specialist accountants and other relevant third parties
• Interview and inspection preparation guidance
• Post-registration launch support for a defined period after registration

All services are provided subject to these Terms and to the specific Service Agreement entered into between you and GoZtartUp. The Service Agreement takes precedence where there is any inconsistency with these Terms.

3. User responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the enquiry, consultation, and onboarding process
• Respond to requests for information and documents in good time, so we can meet the delivery timeline
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our website
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You understand that delays in providing required information or documents may affect our ability to meet the 16-week delivery timeline.

4. Payment terms

Payment methods:

We accept payment by credit and debit card (processed by Stripe), Klarna (instalment options), direct bank transfer, and payment plans where agreed.

Payment schedule:

Consultation fees, where applicable, are payable at the time of booking. Service package fees are payable as set out in your Service Agreement. Late payment may result in suspension of services. Refunds are subject to Section 8 and to our Application Rework & Refund Policy.

Pricing:

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice, but agreed fees for a signed Service Agreement will not change.

5. Intellectual property

Our intellectual property:

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are and remain the property of GoZtartUp and its licensors, protected by copyright, trade mark, and other laws.

Your work product:

Upon full payment, you own the intellectual property rights in the work products created specifically for your business, including custom logos and brand designs, website content and design (excluding third-party components), marketing materials created specifically for your business, and the compliance documentation prepared for your business.

Licence to use:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our methodologies and frameworks for your own business purposes only.

6. Confidentiality

You may share confidential information about your business plans and operations. We commit to keep all client information strictly confidential, not to disclose your business plans to third parties without your consent (except as needed to deliver the service, such as to the regulator), to use your information only to deliver our services, and to apply appropriate security measures. This obligation survives the end of our engagement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoZtartUp is not liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to GoZtartUp under the relevant Service Agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

8. Refunds

Consultations:

If you are not satisfied with your initial consultation, we offer a full refund if requested within 24 hours of the consultation.

Service packages:

Refunds are available within 14 days of service commencement. Partial refunds may be available for work not yet completed. No refunds are available once your business has been registered with Companies House. Completed custom work cannot be refunded.

Our Regulator-Ready Guarantee:

Separately from the cooling-off period above, if your application is rejected before interview or inspection, we will rework and resubmit it at no additional cost. If it is rejected again at the same stage, we refund 50% of your service fee and you keep full ownership of everything we have built for you. Refund process:

To request a refund, email info@goztartup.com with your order details and reason. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

9. Termination

By you:

You may terminate your Service Agreement at any time by giving written notice. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided.

By us:

We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent or illegal activity, or abusive behaviour towards our team.

Effect of termination:

On termination, your right to use the website ceases. We will provide you with any completed work products and return any materials you provided.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. By continuing to use our website or services after revisions take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
