Regulatory Disclaimer Policy
Who we are, who we are not, and our relationship to the regulators.
We help our clients prepare and submit applications to the CQC and Ofsted. We are an independent private company. We are not a regulator, we are not affiliated with any regulator, and we have no authority to approve or influence regulatory decisions. This policy makes our status clear. GoZtartUp is a trading name of Aice Limited (Company No. 14726496).
1. Our regulatory status
The table below sets out what GoZtartUp is, and what it is not.

GoZtartUp is an operator-led, done-for-you service that builds and submits regulator-ready healthcare and childcare businesses within 16 weeks, so professionals can move from employee to compliant business owner without shortcuts. GoZtartUp is not a regulator, is not affiliated with any regulator, and does not guarantee regulatory approval.
2. We do not guarantee regulatory outcomes
Only the CQC can decide a CQC registration, and only Ofsted can decide an Ofsted registration. We prepare and submit your application to a high standard, but the decision is the regulator’s alone. 3. We are not affiliated with the regulators
We have no partnership, endorsement, accreditation, or special relationship with the CQC, Ofsted, or any other regulator. We do not have “connections” inside any regulator, and we would never claim to. When we say we work with the CQC or Ofsted, we mean only that we submit applications to them on your behalf, nothing more.
4. We are not a legal, immigration, or financial adviser
We prepare consultancy documentation. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. We do not give immigration advice or facilitate Certificates of Sponsorship. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and we do not give financial or investment advice. Where you need advice of these kinds, you should seek it from an appropriately qualified and regulated professional.
5. Use of regulator names
We refer to the CQC and Ofsted only to describe the service we provide, preparing and submitting applications to them. We do not use their names or logos in any way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or approval.
