Ethical Marketing Policy
The standards we hold ourselves to in everything we publish.
We market to professionals who are often under time and financial pressure, and we take the responsibility that comes with that seriously. This policy sets out the standards we hold ourselves to in all our marketing. GoZtartUp is a trading name of Aice Limited (Company No. 14726496).
1. Our seven marketing principles
Everything we publish, on our website, on social media, in videos, by email, and through our partners, follows these principles.

| Substantiated | Every factual claim is verifiable. Any claim about our track record is current and documented. We do not make vague or inflated success claims. |
| Transparent | We are clear about price and what is included, we make our exclusions accessible, and we keep our no-guarantee position visible. |
| Not misleading by omission | We do not hide material information. The fact that approval is not guaranteed, and the fact that we are not affiliated with regulators, are material, and we make them clear. |
| Respectful | We do not exploit fear, urgency, or vulnerability. Our audience includes people under time pressure and immigration uncertainty, and we will not prey on those pressures. |
| Compliant | All our content complies with the relevant marketing and data protection law before it is published. |
| Identifiable | Marketing is recognisable as marketing. Paid partnerships and sponsored content are clearly disclosed. |
2. What we will never do

| Make unsubstantiated success claims | We state only verified facts, with appropriate context. |
| Use fake reviews or fabricated testimonials | We use only genuine client testimonials, with written consent. |
| Hide fees or use drip pricing | We are clear about cost, and we never spring hidden charges. |
| Use pressure selling or false urgency | We use calm, clear calls to action. No fake countdown timers or invented scarcity. |
Many of the people we speak to are juggling demanding shifts, family responsibilities, and sometimes immigration uncertainty. We will never use those pressures against you. No fear-based selling, no manufactured urgency, no preying on vulnerability. If our marketing ever feels like it is pushing you, that is not how we intend to operate, and we want to know.
3. Honest testimonials only
Any testimonial or review we publish is from a genuine client who has given written consent. We do not write fake reviews, we do not present AI-generated content as a real person’s words, and we do not incentivise dishonest testimonials. Where we share a client’s experience, it is real.
4. Our partners market by the same rules
Anyone who refers clients to us through our Partnership Programme is required to follow these same standards. Partners must not make claims we ourselves would not make, must not imply guarantees or regulator affiliation, and must not use pressure tactics. If a partner ever sets your expectations incorrectly, please tell us, because they are representing us, and these rules bind them too.
5. If our marketing falls short
We hold ourselves to these standards, but if you ever see marketing from us, or from a partner, that you think breaches them, please tell us at info@goztartup.com. We will look into it and put it right.
