Anti-Spam Policy
Our commitment to never send you spam, on any channel.
We are committed to never sending you spam. This policy explains what that means in practice: how we make sure every message we send is wanted, and how you can stop hearing from us at any time. GoZtartUp is a trading name of Aice Limited (Company No. 14726496).
1. Our zero-spam commitment
We commit to sending zero spam. Every marketing message we send is sent only with valid consent or under the recognised soft opt-in. Every message identifies us and includes a way to opt out. Every opt-out is actioned promptly. Nobody who has opted out receives a marketing message from us. No automated system sends marketing without a proper consent basis for each recipient. And no partner markets on our behalf without following our permission-based approach.
This is not an aspiration. It is how our systems and processes are set up to work.
2. What we will always do
- Only send marketing where we have your consent, or where the soft opt-in applies because you are an existing client and we are telling you about similar services.
- Identify ourselves clearly in every message.
- Include a simple way to opt out in every marketing message.
- Action your opt-out promptly, and keep a record so we do not contact you again by mistake.
- Make it as easy to opt out as it was to opt in.
3. What we will never do
- Send marketing to people who have not consented.
- Message numbers or email addresses we have scraped or bought. A publicly available number is not consent.
- Keep messaging someone who has opted out, or switch them to another channel to carry on.
- Send marketing in bulk without a proper consent basis for each person.
- Treat membership of a group or community as permission to send marketing messages.
4. What is not spam
Some messages are not marketing, and you will still receive these even if you have opted out of marketing, because they are part of delivering a service you have asked for. These include booking confirmations, updates on the progress of your application, payment reminders and invoices, and responses to requests you have made. These are service communications, not marketing.
5. How to stop marketing messages
You can opt out of marketing at any time, on any channel. Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, reply “STOP” to a message, or email info@goztartup.com with “Opt Out” in the subject line. We act on it promptly. Our Communication Opt-Out Policy explains this in full.
6. Our partners follow the same rules
Anyone referring clients to us through our Partnership Programme must follow the same permission-based approach. Partners must not send unsolicited marketing on our behalf. If you ever receive an unwanted message from someone claiming to represent us, please tell us at info@goztartup.com.
