FEES & PAYMENT
Fees and payment
How we price our service, what is included, and our approach to fees and instalments.
We believe in being clear and fair about money. This page explains how our pricing works, what is included, the payment options available, and our commitment to no hidden charges. GoZtartUp is a trading name of Aice Limited (Company No. 14726496).
1. How our pricing works
We offer one core service: the done-for-you build and submission of a regulated care or childcare business, delivered over a structured 16-week timeline. Because every client’s situation is different, we confirm your price during your consultation, in writing, before you commit to anything. You will always know the full cost before you sign.
2. One inclusive price
Our pricing is inclusive. The price we agree with you covers the service as set out in your Service Agreement. There are no separate administration fees, set-up fees, or onboarding fees on top of the agreed price.
The price we agree is the price you pay. We do not add mandatory fees after you have seen the headline figure. If anything about your engagement would carry an additional cost, for example a change you request that goes beyond the agreed scope, we tell you and agree it with you in writing first.
3. What the price includes
Your price covers the full service: eligibility and pathway assessment, company and governance setup, the tailored compliance documentation, registered manager guidance, application preparation and submission, branding and a regulator-appropriate website, an introduction to a specialist accountant, and a period of post-registration launch support. The detail is in our Service Scope & Limitation Policy.
4. Paying for your service
You can pay in full, or you can spread the cost over a short instalment plan. We confirm the available options and the exact amounts with you during your consultation. Where you pay in instalments, the full schedule, each amount and each date, is set out in your Service Agreement before you sign, so there are no surprises.
A few things we commit to on instalments:
- You will see the full total before any instalment breakdown. We never show a monthly figure without the total it adds up to.
- The instalment schedule is agreed in writing as part of your Service Agreement.
- You can settle the remaining balance in full at any time, with no early-settlement fee.
5. What costs are not ours
Some costs involved in setting up a regulated business are payable to third parties, not to us, for example the regulator’s own registration fee, DBS check fees, and insurance. These are separate from our fee, and we are transparent about them so you can budget properly. We explain the likely third-party costs during your consultation.
6. Instalments are not credit
Where we offer an instalment plan directly, it is a simple payment arrangement, not a credit agreement, and we are not a lender. If you choose to pay through a third-party “buy now, pay later” provider such as Klarna, that arrangement is between you and the provider, on their terms, and they assess your eligibility. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and we do not give financial advice.
