Who we are
GoZtartUp helps experienced care and childcare professionals in England start their own regulated businesses, without giving up the jobs they rely on while they do it. We are specialists, not generalists: we work only in CQC-regulated adult social care and Ofsted-registered childcare and children’s services, and we build the whole business, the company, the compliance documentation, the branding, and the regulatory registration, not just an application or a folder of templates.
Most people who come to us know their sector inside out. What they do not have is the time, or the current regulatory knowledge, to navigate registration properly while working full-time. That is the gap we close. You bring the experience and the vision. We handle the regulatory build, end to end, through a process designed to be done correctly the first time.

Led by someone who has been on both sides
GoZtartUp is led by its Managing Director, Akinlolu Adeojo, and the business grew directly out of a rare combination of experience.
On one side, sixteen years building and scaling businesses as a turnkey business developer, taking ventures from an idea to a running operation. On the other, real frontline care experience: four years as a support worker, and leading multiple mental health support teams. That second part matters. It means the person behind your registration has done the shifts, sat in the reviews, and handled the realities of care work, not just read about them.
That experience is backed by the qualifications to match: a BSc in Business Administration, an MSc in International Business, a Level 7 in Project Management, and, importantly, a Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, the same qualification a CQC registered manager is expected to hold. So when we prepare your registered manager, structure your service, or build your documentation, it comes from someone who holds the credential and has lived the work.

Why GoZtartUp exists
GoZtartUp did not start as a business plan. It started with a colleague.
While working in care, a colleague mentioned they wanted to start their own agency but had no idea how to go about it. As it happened, that was a problem squarely in the founder’s professional wheelhouse, a business developer who had already been researching the UK healthcare sector in depth. So the offer was simple: I can put your agency together for you. And he did, single-handed, from the structure to the compliance.
It worked, and it became genuinely interesting. The deeper the research went, the clearer the gap became: there were thousands of experienced care professionals who could run a business but had no route through the regulatory side. That first colleague referred someone. Then someone else. The referrals kept coming, until one person could no longer do it alone. The answer was to bring in a team, specialists in compliance, administration, and technical setup, and to steer every build in the right direction together.
Over the years since, that team has helped people achieve something many had assumed was out of reach: owning their own care business. In early 2026, we made the decision to scale, building a larger team of experts so we could do for many what we had been doing for a few. That is where GoZtartUp is today.
How we work
We do not hand you a course, a checklist, or a folder of templates and wish you luck. We build the business for you, while you keep working.
Every client is supported by a dedicated team of thirteen specialists: five regulation professionals, four administration support officers, three technical specialists, and a coordinator who holds it all together. They work through a structured, systemised process, from confirming the right regulatory pathway, to forming the company, to writing every policy and document the regulator expects, to preparing you for your interview or inspection, to helping you launch once you are approved.
The work is deliberately split so nothing falls through the cracks: we absorb the regulatory complexity, you make the decisions only you can make, and your accountant handles the financial structure we prepare the documentation for. Responsibility is taken on, not delegated back to you.

Who we help, and where
We work with people who already understand care and childcare, support workers, nurses, healthcare assistants, nursery staff, childminders, and experienced managers, who are ready to own the business rather than keep building someone else’s. Many are balancing long shifts, family, and the cost of getting this wrong, which is exactly why a done-for-you approach fits them.
We work across England, and only England. Adult social care registration here means the CQC; childcare and children’s services mean Ofsted. The rules, the frameworks, and the processes are specific to England, and focusing on one country rather than spreading across four means our knowledge stays current and precise where it counts. We build for both regulators, which is unusual, most consultancies do one or the other, and it means whatever side of the line your business falls, or if you are not sure which regulator you need, we can guide you.
